What is Disciplina?
Fast-paced technology development prompts our great need of involving the best professionals in developing and implementing innovation. On the other hand, many candidates cannot fully showcase their skills in a form of CV. Students have it even harsher—

At this current level of technology we have already made the process of job hunting easier. Now it’s time to give it maximum security and reliability. Here is where the new blockchain Disciplina comes in.
Disciplina is a project from creators of TeachMePlease educational platform. By transitioning it to blockchain, this platform will be able to provide its users and their personal data with absolute security, while also ensuring that these data are authentic.
How does it work?
Disciplina creates an ecosystem for employers, educational institutes and their students with the help of apps based on this blockchain. Disciplina is an open-source project, so anyone will be able to use it to create an app for their needs.
Each student will have a profile stored in its educational institute private chain, so all data in it will be authentic and verified. This applies, for example, for the list of courses attended, or the degrees received. It lies in the private layer of Disciplina blockchain. Public layer will involve witnesses to validate segments within the private chains without accessing the data themselves, only through hashes, and recruiters, who will be able to access the academic history and achievements of the students of choice by paying for that.
An important part of this platform is Web of Trust protocol, which allows all participants to set the level of trust in each other. This way, students and educational facilities will be able to manage access to personal information.
Disciplina uses its own DSCP tokens as currency, also providing a way to convert them back to solid currency. DSCP tokens will be distributed through crowdsale which will start in the end of April. The pre-sale for early participants is already on.
What's more to come?
In 2018 TeachMePlease platform will transition to blockchain, with the first payments by tokens being expected as early as the second quarter of the year. Disciplina ALPHA will be out around the same time. In 2019 TestNet is expected to be launched, and MainNet will see the world before the end of the year.
